Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic HR cum Business Development Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment activities and support business development initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, building client relationships, generating leads, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and social media.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.

• Maintain candidate and client databases.

• Generate new business leads and identify potential clients.

• Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams.

• Prepare reports and maintain recruitment and sales records.
