With annual revenue of $51 million, we employ over 800 staff and operate from multiple offices in Melbourne, Hobart and regional Victoria. Wintringham is a major provider of home care in Victoria managing several hundred home care packages.

Your new role
Wintringham is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our South Eastern Office team as the HCP (Home Care Package) Accounts Confirmation Officer on a Fixed Term Part Time basis until 31/12/2022. This multi-faceted and dynamic role will see you liaising with Case Managers and our Finance Team to process all invoices for Home Care Package clients linked to the metropolitan Melbourne regions + regional Victoria.

The available hours are:
Week 1&2: 30hours per week over Four or Five days per week, or would consider 22.25 – 3 days per week (7.5 hours per day – days flexible)

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Partaking in the matching service scheduled for each invoice received that is to be charged to a client’s home care package
• Processing and returning invoices to the relevant Case Manager for clarification or sent for payment within two working days
• Running an unconfirmed services report from GoldCare for the sites which they are responsible for
• Liaising with external suppliers and Wintringham Case Managers when invoices do not match up/or where an error in invoicing has occurred

What we’ll require from you:

• Completed or working towards an Accounting qualification and/or evidence of experience working in the accounts payable/receivable area
• Able to work with substantial level of accountability
• Experience using GoldCare software would be highly advantageous
• Understanding of Community Aged Care and Home Care Packages
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
