Digital Data and Technology (DDaT) enables the Home Office to keep the UK safe and secure. We design and build the services that help people apply for visas or passports; support policing and counter-terrorism operations; and protect the UK’s borders.

Your role will underpin the delivery of the tools our users need to access and engage with services.
You will have a good understanding of the Home Office technical estate and services and apply it to day-to-day tasks and processes.
You will build strong relationships across IT Operations and the outputs of your work will be used to support other key services such as Incident, Problem, Request Fulfilment and Change so that end-users have a seamless service management experience.
