Canada Drives Hiring for Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative at Richmond, BC Full Time

You can buy a car entirely online, without any salespeople involved

You can have your new car delivered to your driveway, usually the same day

You can spend a week with your vehicle to decide if you love it, and if you don’t we’ll pick it up

Role Responsibilities:
Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of vehicles

Monitor and update inventory with internal dispatching software

Ensure drivers follow pick-up and operating procedures

Support inbound customer/seller requests via phone, e-mail, and live chat for vehicle delivery appointment/changes

Arrange all vehicle pickups at the onset of each day

Find creative approaches to make each customer’s experience personalized and memorable

Prepare pickup documents and checklists

Manage registration documents for our vehicle inventory database

Trouble shoot issues as they arise during the delivery process

Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Ability to adapt to rapidly changing demands of the department

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Maintain a professional demeanor through all telephone and written correspondence

1-year of customer service experience over the phone is preferable but not a requisite
