Btween Hiring for PRODUCTION COORDINATORS at New York, New York Full Time

Several Positions Open:

Responsibilities for the position include:

• Proactively follow up and communicate with oversea vendors and factories on a daily basis to ensure execution of all production orders to be shipped on time.
• Review weekly WIP (Work in Progress) reports and T&A (Time and Action Calendar) for all necessary deadlines.
• Responsible for on time deliveries of bulk orders, and timely communication with sales with any delivery updates
• Track, receive and distribute fabric quality submits, lab dip submits, print strike offs, salesman samples, and production samples with critical approval due dates to appropriate departments.
• Follow up all necessary testing (CPSC, CTL and/or in-house) on fabric, garments and trims.
• Review with Sales team for any foreseen problems and resolve issues.
• Partner with the traffic and accounting department to make sure payment release and goods arrive in WH on time
• Approve/comment on shipping marks, packaging layouts etc.
• Review, check and comment on samples for spec and quality from cross functional teams to ensure clear communication to factory.

Qualifications:

• Min 3-10 years of experience
• Excellent organizational and written and oral communication skills
• Proactive and strong follow up skills
• Very detail-oriented, flexible, able to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Ability to finish daily tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to solve problems and trouble shoot in a fast paced environment
• Working knowledge of garment construction, production timelines, garment testing understanding a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 years of related work experience in production
• Proficiency in MS office, with a strong emphasis on Excel
• Salary commensurates BOE
