Within the Classroom to Career Hub (C2 Hub), the Experiential Learning Program Manager is responsible for overseeing initiatives that provide or support experiential learning activities, with the goal of significantly increasing student participation in the next five years. The Experiential Learning Program Manager will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students to promote and engage students in experiential learning opportunities, with a focus on internships.

The Experiential Learning Program Manager is a temporary position funded for three years.

Duties/Responsibilities
Internship Process Coordination (60%)
- Review and process internship credit applications
- Manage experiential learning portion of C2 Hub’s career database
- Serve as a resource for students, employers and faculty members involved in internships.
- Oversee student staff supporting internship credit application process
- Assist database manager with internship reporting
- Create and manage process for students to report and get recognition for not-for-credit internships
- Supervise student support staff
Experiential Learning Expansion (30%)
- Serve as an active member of the Experiential Learning for All (ELFA) committee
- Design and oversee a process for tracking experiential learning occurring across campus
- Collaborate with Industry Navigators, other C2 Hub branches, and faculty to deliver experiential learning programming and increase participation opportunities for students
- Identify and work to dismantle barriers to experiential learning opportunities
- Develop new experiential learning programming with the goal of increasing student participation
- Coordinate the creation of promotional campaigns and/or collateral to increase awareness of experiential learning and its importance
Other (10%)
- Participate in professional associations related to experiential learning and career development
- Provide support to C2 Hub events and initiatives as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in program development and management
Experience with career services platform or higher education software
