The role
As a Software Architect you will be helping to shape the architecture for a market leading FinTech. We process over £10 billion worth of transactions each year, from our offices in West London and the organisation is rapidly growing. We have a large number of teams working to deliver products and services to our customers. The customer is at the heart of everything we do. We need someone who can help take us to the next level. This will involve working with teams to scale and maintain existing products, and develop new products.
What you will do

Work as part of an architecture team to help delivery teams achieve business objectives

Work to improve developer efficiencies and ensure delivery is as stream lined as possible
What you will bring
-
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as .NET Core and Golang
-
Full stack experience with with JavaScript / Typescript technologies (Angular preferred)

Experience collaborating with multiple agile teams
-
Experience with Microservice governance and data standards
-
Good communication and diagraming skills
-
Knowledge of Microservices architecture and infrastructure such as Kubernetes, Containerisation and other Cloud technologies

Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
-
Knowledge of SOLID Principles, TDD, Pair Programming & BDD

Knowledge of Testing Methodologies (Unit, Integration, Regression)
