Position Overview

The Intake Specialist plays a critical role in the client journey by qualifying leads, enhancing client experience, and supporting business growth. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, scheduling case evaluations, and maintaining accurate intake data. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• This role owns the front end of the client journey; responding rapidly to inquiries, qualifying potential new clients, and ensuring seamless handoffs to the Sales team.
• The Intake Specialist drives revenue growth by converting qualified leads into scheduled consultations and retained clients while delivering an exceptional first impression of the firm.
• Success in this position is measured by conversion rates, response time, data accuracy, and client experience metrics.
