Phantom Pest Solutions LTD. is currently seeking a talented and outgoing person to join our team as an on-site assistant, who will work closely with and report directly to the Owner and operator of Phantom Pest Solutions in the field.

We have been known in our industry for providing some of the best pest control services locally and have a 5 star review on Google. We thrive on providing quality service at all time.

No experience is needed. Training will be provided.

We offer Benefits, Bonuses and Commissions and will train the right candidate to grow with our company. This industry has been known to be recession proof with great career opportunities.

We are open for business Monday to Friday from 9AM-5PM

DUTIES –
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following specific duties (but may not be limited to):

• Answering calls, E-mails, and text messages
• Greeting and scheduling clients
• Reporting findings from job sites
• Invoicing clients and taking payments
• Creating weekly service reports
• Writing proposals
• Administering quotations
• Small marketing tasks (Google my business, and ads)

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Comfortable on computer including Excel and Word
• Punctual, and has good attendance
• A person who is comfortable with writing emails and comfortable with computers.
• A personable and positive team player, that has strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can learn and adapt quickly and takes direction well

• Has excellent people skills, is friendly, outgoing, and positive. Has the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and clients.
• Has an eye and memory for detail
• Excellent organization and planning skills

• Has strong multitasking abilities, and can complete tasks in a timely manner
• Has the ability to communicate efficiently both orally and in writing, with other staff members and clients.
• Is intuitive, pays attention, and asks questions to grasp a full concept of the situation at hand.
