The successful applicant will be employed by Croma Vigilant based at our Head Office in Dumfries on a full time contract and will work towards attainment of an SVQ Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

What We Offer:

• Working hours of Monday – Friday 09:00hrs until 17:00hrs with 1 hour for lunch
• Working towards the attainment of an SVQ Level 3 qualification in Business Administration

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keeping uniform orders updated on online ordering platforms & tracking uniform issues & budgets
• Assisting in processing holiday requests
• Raising Purchase Orders
• Assisting with maintaining budgets
• Spreadsheet maintenance
• Tasks associated with payroll
• Administrative tasks within a finance setting
