What you’ll be doing

• Manage the recruitment functions of the Far West Local health District

• Develop creative strategies to attract and source candidates to rural and remote area vacancies

• Collaborate with managers on their strategic recruitment objectives and hiring needs

• Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and onboarding process to maintain accurate and timely recruitment services
