Recruiting for a Talent Coordinator to join our team at Westminster !
GBP 24,545 per annum, working 35 hours per week, plus 25 days Annual Leave, Pension schemes, Staff discounts, healthcare and more.

You’ll be organising and monitoring the Leadership and Management Development offer and ILM requirements and co-ordinate and monitor the Graduate, Apprenticeship and Trainee programmes – building relationships with providers and participants and supporting them to follow their career paths and achieve their aspirations.
You’ll also support Student and Covid Volunteer placements.
In regular contact with different employees and managers, supporting requests for training and liaising with training providers and external organisations, to build the talent development offer, assist with consultancy projects and organise new programmes. There’s plenty of opportunity to promote and market all our programmes and evaluate their quality and outcomes.
The L&D team anticipates a periodic job rotation between the Talent Coordinator and Training Coordinator, to provide development opportunities to staff in both roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Commissioning of the Leadership and Management Development programmes and events in line with organisational needs
Co-ordinate nominations and delegate bookings
Ensure all training material is up to date and available for each workshop
Monitor Leadership and Management Development Programme activity in line with ILM requirements g. attendance, assignments, walled garden and absence
Create an annual plan of preferred Job Fairs to attend in order to promote the Apprenticeship and other work/student placement Programmes
Organise and monitor the recruitment of trainees, apprentices and graduates ensuring they are marketed through local and national mediums and enjoy a quality experience
Monitor trainee, apprenticeship and graduate activity e.g. qualification provider attendance, milestones and absence
Production of monthly management reports
Visiting trainees, apprentices and graduates and their managers to monitor and report performance, progress and outcomes
Monitoring of the L&D and Apprenticeship inbox in line with service level agreements
Monitor and update information on the learning management system
Management of training facilities and equipment
Support the Training Manager and the L&D Coordinator as and when required
Carry out research and Recommendations into new L and D initiatives
Ensure L & D has a high profile on our Workplace social media
Organise and monitor volunteer placements, DBS and risk assessment checks
Support on roll out of Wellbeing initiatives as required
Analyse and make recommendations on employee engagement feedback as required

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Essential:
Microsoft packages (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and quick to learn new IT systems and processes
Proven experience of successfully working in an administrative or coordinator role organising regular events
Can demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience of analysing data, monitoring and updating tracker spreadsheets
Experience problem-solving and using own initiative to a successful resolution.
Desirable:
Producing statistical information and reports, and suggesting recommendations
Experience in training, learning and development or HR
Previous ‘learner management system’ (LMS) experience
