Role Profile:
ZSL are looking for a HR Administrator Apprentice to assist the HR Team with effective and efficient administration to support across the full spectrum of HR. The successful candidate will play a key part in assisting the organisation and management of staff events held at the ZSL Regents Park site.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting the Organisational Development team with admin such as coordinating events, assisting with data collection and reporting, booking rooms, ordering refreshments/equipment, record keeping, monitoring and responding to the training mailbox.
Supporting the HR team with recruitment administration such as communications with candidates, organising interviews, and assisting with recruitment.
General upkeep of the office, equipment, storage, paper files/documents and electronic files/documents etc, ordering stationary and other items for the team as required.
This post is blended so will be a combination of remote/home working and office based at London Zoo with an occasional need to work from Whipsnade Zoo.
Person Specification:
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in delivering excellent customer service
Proficient skills in MS suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Skills & Abilities
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Be able to demonstrate a level of planning, prioritising, and ability to achieve objectives effectively and efficiently
Self-motivated individual along with a positive attitude to problem solving
