Our client, a major membership-based organization, seeks a Senior Recruiter for a 1 year contract position in Washington, DC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking, and qualifying candidates
  • Screen, interview and register prospective professional candidates
  • Submit and review candidates with the sales staff and the customer
  • Assist in negotiating salaries and satisfying customers’ needs
  • Respond to multiple orders and provide professional support to managers
  • Ordering reference and background checks, collecting and uploading documents into the ATS

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of professional recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly and accurately recruit and present candidates and create and maintain long lasting professional relationships

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $53.00 – $55.00 per hour
