We are looking for a Bookkeeper Accountant to join our team!

You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports (HEAVY GENERAL LEDGER EXPERIENCE)

• Perform monthly multiple account reconciliations

• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets

• Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements

• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency

• Report analysis and findings to COO

Qualifications:

• 10 Years Previous experience in accounting

• Detail and deadline-oriented

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Would prefer someone that has old school journal entry experience instead of QuickBooks auto distribute programming.

Job Type: Part-time or Full Time

Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour
