About the opportunity
Our Organisational Development team have a permanent full time opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to play a key role in offering expert advice and supporting our managers to make good hiring decisions. Working closely with members of the HR Advisory team your guidance will support Anglicare in delivering their essential services by recruiting people with the skills and attributes to transform the lives of Anglicare’s clients, their families and those in our community.
The overall purpose of the Recruitment Advisor is to support the delivery of contemporary attraction and selection services, ensuring a positive experience for candidates, hiring managers and internal corporate partners. The Advisor, Recruitment will be instrumental in providing support, advice and assistance in the implementation of BAU and projects relating to the Anglicare Southern Queensland Recruitment Strategy.
Based in Webber House (Ann Street Brisbane), this is a full time 12 month contract opportunity.
