At Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings(NCLH) Talent Acquisition Specialist proactively engage with applicants and hiring teams throughout recruiting life cycle to find the best talent for the organization.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience.
EXPERIENCE: 2 – 4 years work experience recruiting in a medium to large organization. Experience must include using an applicant tracking system such as PeopleSoft and conducting behaviorally-based interviews. Experience working in both external recruiting agency and corporate human resources department preferred.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software. Demonstrated knowledge in using an applicant tracking system such as PeopleSoft. Good knowledge across Human Resources disciplines and applicable Federal, State and local laws pertaining to employment, recruitment and Human Resource management. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to provide professional and timely customer service to Human Resources’ internal and external customers. Strong and efficient workload management skills to include planning, organizing, prioritizing and following through on a variety of tasks. Good judgment and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain a professional composure while working under stress and pressure. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of data. Ability to work in a professional manner within a team environment.
