Position
This key role is the lead and responsible for the implementation of a new ERP system including working with relevant stakeholders across the organisation to ensure all stakeholder needs are considered and where appropriate included in system reporting requirements for this budgeting and reporting tool.

Some key accountabilities

• Solid understanding of ideally SAP and if possible Calumo
• Completion and implementation of a Budgeting and Reporting Tool
• A strong track record in project coordination (3+ years working in similar software updates and implementations)
• Expertise in project management processes
• Demonstrated understanding of financial accounting requirements
• High level of understanding of payroll/HR systems and processes
• Business wide, proven expertise in stakeholder communication and management
• Varied experience of reporting processes for internal and external clients
• Experience supporting others to operate systems and processes (training, upskilling and ongoing guidance)
• Experience in managing diverse and competing relationships, including in client-facing environments
• Demonstrated experience of mapping coding and transactions across multiple systems
• Demonstrated high-level of attention to detail

Profile
Prior experience implementing a new budgeting and reporting system is mandatory as are excellent communication skills. A high attention to detail and the ability to multi task and prioritise. You must hold Tertiary Finance/Accounting qualifications and ideally are CPA or CA qualified.
