About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alltech, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process. You will be connecting with qualified candidates to match them with appropriate job opportunities available.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team’s needs and facilitate the process of finding, engaging, and assessing the best candidates for open positions. Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will communicate and bridge the fun, passion, and excellence of working at Alltech to prospective candidates.
What You’ll Do

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing verbal offers, reference checks, salary recommendations, and offer acceptance/turn downs.
• Determine all recruiting needs company wide to in order at attract and obtain top talent.
• Create and monitor job postings using company portal and career sites.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and recruitment standards.
• Collaborate with hiring managers through the interview and selection process, ensuring expectations are being met.
• Ensuring the highest quality candidate experience through the hiring process.
• Accountable for key performance indicators such as but not limited to time to fill/hire, selection process ratio, first-year turnover rate, and both hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Human Resource certification a plus.
