Growth has lead to an opportunity for an experienced talent specialist to take on a strategic leadership position on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your new role

Your new position as Talent Acquisition Lead will see you perform a key role in both the strategic design and delivery of the talent framework, as well as operational end-to-end recruitment of internal vacancies. You will also lead the TA Advisor to encourage their overall success.

What you’ll need to succeed

To succeed in this position, you will have strong experience working in Talent, particularly within a fast-paced internal environment. You will thrive in a fast-paced, at times intense environment, where you’ll need to show up at your best every day and be performance driven in your approach. If you are a list person, a people-person, and a get-in-and-get-it-done person, you will be very successful in this role!
