Your profile

• Good knowledge and experience of Siemens Energy businesses and their specific requirements
• Proven knowledge of Siemens Energy methods and tools
• Basic infrastructure skill and authorization to support application related configuration/setup
• Extensive knowledge of Siemens Policies, Procedures, and standards
• Project Management Skills
• ITIL basic knowledge on Incident/Problem/Change Management
• Deep SharePoint knowledge and experience (in design, setup, administration, workflows, authorizations etc)
• Yammer group setup and management
• SAP extensive usage experience (or even expert experience; this would be a plus – in any area)
• Sap Project experience
• SAP/Spiridon experience and understanding
• PMO skills (project/initiative controlling, reporting, SharePoint management, documentation, activity/time plan follow up etc)
• Commercial process understanding, BA skills

Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for management of the key user community across all Siemens Energy businesses
• The key Activities include but not limited to provide Key user community with updates relating to system changes, managing training activities, upskilling the key user community ad supporting with appoint more members of the Key user community for SAP processes
• Supporting the onboarding of key users and being the first point of contact for all kinds of requests to support the key users
• You will also be responsible for managing & ensuring the Key user SharePoint repository is up to date and with all necessary content
• The Key user and service team SAP SharePoint (not limited to) consists of the key information all business users can access to identify the appropriate contacts for SAP queries or issues. In addition to have the information in place, e.g. process information, contact information, knowledge base etc
• This repository needs to be updated and maintained appropriately. Ensure the design meets standards and within a maintenance cycle to provide necessary collaboration platforms and develop, maintain and improve collaboration of Key users
• Your responsibilities all act to serve & ensure collaboration amongst all key users occur in the most effective way and all upcoming new projects and maintenance activities are received on time. To also enable the Key user community to grow and support IT in projects and First level support activities to help the end users thereby ensuring the businesses are involved in all activities and knowledge develops
