Miami Bakehouse Hiring for Part Time Accounts and Administration Officer Job at Mandurah Full Time

We’re looking for a suitably qualified Accounts Officer to join our Finance and Administration Team in Mandurah.

This is a permanent part time role offering between 20-23 hours per week, worked over 4 days in the week. Days off will alternate between Wednesdays and Thursdays. To be considered for the role you must be available to work every third public holiday on a shared rotating roster with other members of the finance team. This is not a role that can be done remotely.

The successful person will be working in a well-organised, very busy office and have:

• Cert III in Accounting or Bookkeeping
• 2+ years’ bookkeeping experience
• Driver’s License
• Australian payroll experience
• Strong competency in Excel
• Proficiency in MYOB (or similar)
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Capacity to work at a fast pace and be able to manage multiple tasks successfully

This role includes:

• Payroll processing (90+ employees)
• Weekly Financial and KPI Reporting
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Sales Reconciliations
• General weekly processing and reporting
• Administrative support
• Ad hoc tasks as required
