Qualifications:

  • 1 + years Accounts Payable experience preferred
  • Strong organization, data entry and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • MS Office and excel knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Review assigned invoices and process payments
  • Apply proper codes to invoices, files, and receipts to keep records organized
  • Investigate daily variances and resolve discrepancies
  • Process incoming payments and create receipts
  • Maintain good working relationships with vendors
  • Organize vendor files
  • Perform other duties as directed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 – $17.00 per hour
