What does it take to be a Noggin?
You’re a smart, articulate Talent Acquisition Specialist with a solid track record of hiring Sales and Customer Success roles within a growing SaaS or Tech company. You’re passionate about delivering really great outcomes for the business and consulting with our hiring managers on how best to achieve this. At your core, you’re methodical and process driven plus you’re innovative and you’re constantly looking for ways to do things more effectively. You’re able source talent across a variety of roles and be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. You understand what it takes hire the best and to do so efficiently.
Of course, you won’t be operating in a vacuum – you will be well supported by our Head of People and the rest of the people team. We might be a small function, but we’re super effective and we’re constantly looking at ways to stay ahead of the curve.
What does success look like in this role?
By the 3 month mark, you will be fully conversant with our business, recruitment processes and which levers to pull to drive a successful hire.
After 6 months, you will be fully accountable for the end-to-end recruitment at Noggin. Fundamentally, you’ll be responsible for working with our hiring managers and Head of People to ensure that we hire the best and brightest and that we proactively pipeline for upcoming roles.
After 12-18 months, you’ll have successfully hired a number of roles and you will have introduced some business / process improvements that enable us to continue to run a best practice hiring process.
