POSITION SUMMARY
The People Analytics and Talent Design Expert is responsible for creating and managing our data and analytics surrounding our Global Talent initiatives at Diversey and sharing these insights to provide a compelling and actionable representation of our Talent journey. This individual will partner with our Global Talent Lead and HR Business Partners to develop innovative and transformative talent management solutions aligned to Diversey’s people and business strategy. This role reports into our Global Talent Lead and will be a part of both shaping and executing our talent strategy by driving the use of technology in talent management practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Designs, develops and supports initiatives across a full spectrum of talent management initiatives
Coordinate and manage multiple, simultaneous projects to include tracking and evaluating impact, creating surveys, analyzing data, generating reports, building presentations and recommending process improvements relating to Diversey’s overall Talent strategy
Analyze global talent data to create a story by using relevant and meaningful information out of complex data sets including using analytics to determine investment and ROI of deliverables
Liaise between HR Business Partners, HR Operations, HRIS leadership and HR teams and other internal customers to build global programs that are flexible enough to be driven and managed locally, through Workday with regional dashboards that roll up to global/organizational level
Develops, writes and/or contributes to change management and communication plans
Assesses learning behaviors of the general talent population and Diversey specific talent team
Supports the design and delivery of talent implementation/transition plans with clear outcomes and measures of success
Supporting compelling and engaging initiatives that help leaders and employees thrive at Diversey and realize the benefits of talent programs for themselves and their employees.
Keeps pulse on new talent management practices, trends, and thought leadership available in the marketplace and shares this with key stakeholders as part of build/design phases as well as for continuous improvement efforts
Partners with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion function to implement diverse and inclusive talent management practices, initiatives and drives adoption
Partners with HRIS to design talent management programs and supporting dashboards for talent acquisition/recruitment, performance management, development plans, talent reviews and succession planning
Partners with Local HR Managers to strengthen HR capabilities on best practices that promote business partnerships at all levels to ensure consistent talent management practices .
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, or another related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint with experience in building predictive models, and telling compelling, data-driven stories in presentation format
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Experience leading large-scale initiatives on a global level that required significant change management, influence, agility, and stakeholder management.
Experience in talent management technology, automation and digitization of talent management initiatives – preferably within Workday.
Demonstrated experience performing with agility within a large, global, decentralized organization.
Proven ability to think strategically and creatively around talent management programs.
Ability to process a global perspective and work with different cultures while maintaining an open mind and maintaining cultural sensitivity.
