About the position

The Department of Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics and Finance is one of the two departments that constitute La Trobe Business School. The department is committed to actively engaging with business, policy-makers and the professions in the pursuit of producing highly rated and impactful research and, where possible, aligned with the University’s Research Themes. The Department of Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics and Finance wish to appoint a full time Level B Lecturer in the Area of Finance.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have:

• Completion of a PhD degree in Finance, or an associated field.
• Completion of a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education or similar evidence of professional preparation for and continuous professional development in higher education teaching.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in curriculum development and teaching with a commitment to excellence in teaching in the broad fields of Finance.
