Role

Working for the Controllers business as a Software Engineer you will be part of a team of engineering professionals with experience starting at Interns all the way up to Chief Engineer level. You must be comfortable working in a diverse and highly capable team, as you develop software that will fly around world. You will be happy solving technical problems whilst adhering to customer driven schedules. You will need to communicate clearly with your peers and your team leaders to provide clear status updates, whilst also identifying any technical risks and opportunities that you may be aware of. During the project execution there may come times when you would be expected to represent the projects interests to the customer directly, this can sometimes require travel when safe to do so. You will find this role both challenging and incredibly rewarding, especially knowing your products are contributing to the safe transport of people and goods around the globe.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM subject
• Proficiency in C
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Desirable Characteristics

• Awareness of the software V-development lifecycle
• Awareness of Software Requirements and Test
