Our team is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Professional to add to a great environment with opportunity for growth! The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal skills as well as proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Produce full-cycle A/R.
• Maintaining the billing system.
• Generating invoices and account statements.
• Performing account reconciliations.
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
• Producing monthly financial and management reports.
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries.
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
• Secures revenues by verifying & posting receipts; resolving discrepancies.
• Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Intermediate QuickBooks experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds.
• Must possess a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail & organization.
• Must be a team player, reliable and a self-starter.
• Be able to multi-task different projects.
• Adaptable, proactive, and dependable work manner.

Education/Experience:
