Main Responsibilities:
Participate in the development of the content strategy and key messages to achieve the objectives;
Participate in the planning of the editorial calendar and ensure its follow-up;
Create and distribute engaging, inspiring, or educational content on the company’s social networks as well as on its various platforms (blog and newsletter);
Perform quality control of posts before and after publication;
Ensure the management, animation, and monitoring of the different communities (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Tiktok, and Google My Business);
Work together with the different departments to generate new followers;
Provide coverage of various internal and external events;
Analyze performance data and be proactive in proposing and creating impactful new content;
Promote the sharing of user-generated content and ensure its classification and indexation.
Experiences and Requirements:
University degree in marketing or communication or related education;
3 to 5 years of experience in a position in social networks and digital content management, community management with audience growth;
Excellent communication and writing skills;
Advanced proficiency in French and English (oral and written);
Advanced mastery of the various social networks;
Mastery of content creation software (photo, video) e.g. Canvas, etc.;
Has a portfolio or Instagram containing relevant achievements;
Rigorous, resourceful, and possesses high attention to detail especially as it relates to publications.
