Job Summary

Regional marketing is looking for a passionate social media specialist to drive our social media strategy in the US and Canada. This person will be involved with our customer-facing social media accounts, including, Twitter, LinkedIn, blogs and other emerging social mediums.

What you’ll do

• Support and activate the US and Canada social media strategy across multiple platforms
• Educate across the organization on social media capabilities and standard methodologies.
• Creative agency management and paid media agency management.
• Serve as a leader with vision passionate about social media best practices.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
• Suggest and implement features based on platform capabilities
• Handle social media editorial calendar.

What we’re looking for

• You have experience handling digital channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Blogs, Mobile Platforms, Communities, etc.
• You are analytical problem solver who is comfortable leading decisions with data and insights
• You are passionate about networking, building business relationships, and working cross functionally
• You are proficient in media measurement and optimization, and Sprinklr or an equivalent platform
• You are proficient – both written and spoken – in English and Quebecois
