Your responsibilities will include:

• implementing effective recruitment campaigns to attract and retain talent
• collaborating with our workforce team to enhance workforce mobilisation
• ensuring a streamlined, effective recruitment process
• optimising our Applicant Tracking System (Oracle) to ensure potential candidates are utilised effectively
• working with our Recruitment team to improve processes, make recommendations and enhance candidate experiences
• applying contemporary candidate sourcing strategies to solve complex workforce requirements.

You will have:
