We are looking for a passionate Fundraiser to join our team in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people and is excited about raising funds for important causes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Engaging with Donors**: You will reach out to potential donors and engage them in conversations about our mission to inspire their support.
2. **Organizing Fundraising Events**: Planning and executing fundraising events is a key part of your job.
4. **Maintaining Relationships**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with current donors to encourage ongoing support is essential for sustaining our fundraising efforts.
5. **Reporting and Analysis**: You will track fundraising progress and prepare reports, providing insights on what strategies are most effective.
Required Skills and Expectations:
We need a dedicated female applicant with 1 to 7 years of experience in fundraising over the phone. A minimum education of 10th pass is required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with an ability to work well with diverse groups of people. You should be self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A genuine passion for social causes is vital to succeed in this role.
