You Regatta Hiring for Bookkeeper Job at Falmouth, ME Full Time

The best candidate for this position will be a motivated self-starter, who is detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and possesses creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handles all aspects of accounts payable (A/P): entering approved payables, processing checks and mailing accordingly.
• Handles some aspects of general ledger (G/L)
• Verifies and compiles deposits and enters accordingly after taking deposits to the bank.
• Enters in all daily income reports no less than on a weekly basis
• Files invoices with processed checks to maintain an orderly accounting filing system
• Prepares P/L and Balance Sheet statements

You Regatta has been based in Maine since 2007. The pandemic has brought challenges as with many other small businesses but we have grown over 300% since the start of the pandemic and are needing to add multiple team members over the next year.

You Regatta customizes garments sold throughout the US from our website and we have a five-star rating and excellent reviews on Google. We may serve the boating and sailing market but also work with many small and medium-sized businesses. We do more than just apparel too, from promotional products, awards, trophies, and other items, there is always something to keep the interest alive!
