Responsibilities
This role requires travel of up to 90%
Manage the layout and installation of Robotic Floor Mapping Systems, Unit Drive Inductions or Charging Units
Ensure compliance with all C&W company policies and Health and Safety requirements. Ensure team understands Pre-work requirements, the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), setting up and maintaining a safe work environment.
Plan, organize and manage resource levels required to operate effectively to meet schedule requirements and minimize downtime, while ensuring that work assignments are compliant with all Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and production schedules.
Oversee and QC of fiducial grid layout, ensuring this is completed before induction of any Robotic Drive units
Ensure that once stickers have been laid that QR codes are uploaded into the robotic drive memory
Supervising and quality checking productivity
Health and Safety for the team – Maintain a safety-first culture by promoting and driving safe work practices timely training, best practices as well as delivering rewards and recognition to promote safe behavior.

Maintain productivity of team and field log entries
Follows all applicable third-party safety policies and best practices
Ensures that team completes all required training.
Skills and competencies
Previous experience within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
The ability to clearly communicate with all levels of personnel
Team Player with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Understanding of 5S and Lean Manufacturing.
Prepare for, attend and contribute to meetings as requested.
Lead the Fiducials Team in a participative manner, promoting suggestions and ideas, involving the members of the team in appropriate decision-making processes
Qualifications
2-5 years’ experience of providing support in a similar deployment environment
Previous role within a project team with hands on experience
IT skills – computer literate – able to use Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and ability to use company computer systems
Previous experience setting out sites and/or floor installations.
Lean manufacturing/automation experience will be advantageous.
Experience of working in cross-functional teams, and on solo projects.

Job requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting, manual and finger dexterity and eye- hand coordination enough to operate hand tools. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold, wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
