We are creating, developing, investing, and partnering with new businesses and business models to deepen our expertise, broaden our capabilities and support our clients with what they need to win. Many of these businesses and business models use different technologies than BCG core and have different levels of technical maturity. This role will aid these ABM’s change initiatives through managing the ABM IT team and ABM key stakeholders. They will work with the ABM IT leads to understand their individual roadmaps and where synergies are possible for change projects to align with BCG core. They will develop the ABM IT team and help them to prioritize their work based on the needs of the ABM’s.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Must have past experience in M&A from the IT side:
• Cordinating with target firm’s leadership and IT teams
• Assessing integration requirements, facilitating IT due‐diligence and code reviews
• Securing and aligning multidisciplinary IT integration team on program scope and timeline;
• Driving change process from due diligence through sunsetting of acquisition systems, etc.
Additional requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in an IT related field
• Experience with running projects from planning through closing
• Experience in effectively communicating and presenting technical concepts to management, peer group and staff
• Superior knowledge of commonly used IT concepts, practices, and procedures
• Ability to develop and manage project and resource plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex and diverse situations
YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, project-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders from different businesses. You will play an integral role in capturing demand from the ABM’s and interpreting that demand to fit within the BCG Core environment. You will also work with the BCG Core end user device teams as well as the product engineering team on integration initiatives that flow through the demand channels of the ABMs.
