The successful individual will be responsible for providing an end-to-end engaging candidate experience that looks to attract, engage and grow talent communities; with a focus on content creation, building relationships with candidates, facilitating recruitment processes & promoting Ricoh’s Diversity, Inclusion & Equal Opportunities strategy.
What you will be doing…
- Develop and maintain all recruitment-dedicated social channels (i.e., LinkedIn Company Page, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp & Instagram) with content focusing on driving the Ricoh UK employer brand, employee value proposition and current / future vacancies
- Responsible for owning the creation of recruitment-dedicated video content; used to showcase details of vacancies, business functions, company news & stories and brand ambassadors
- Monitor and regularly review/amend all automated communication within TalentLink, ensuring its appropriateness for the candidate audience recipients
- Support the Talent Acquisition function with undertaking administration duties in respect of advert creation, interview confirmation, interview room booking, candidate progress updates, offer creation and Right to Work verification
- Manage the candidate on-boarding process and own all candidate communication from point of offer through to first day and first 30 / 60 days in the role
- Own quality of hire reporting; reviewing, analysing & reporting on all new starters’ progress throughout their induction and probation period
- Work with the Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager to ensure the Talent Acquisition function continues to support & enhance Ricoh’s Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Provide support as and when required to the wider People & CR team
You will ideally have / be …
- Strong capability across all social media channels
- Creative mind-set, with the ability to write and produce engaging material (both written and video format)
- Passionate about customer/candidate experience; focused on creating and delivering engaging interactions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Photoshop or Adobe useful but not essential
- Solid administration skills
- Capable of multi-tasking and managing a variety of tasks simultaneously
