Gestion du programme EQAS, commandes et réserves des produits reliées
Recevoir les plaintes reliées aux TI et certain support aux usagers
Classement et autres tâches cléricales
La personne idéale devra posséder un minimum de cinq années d’expérience en service à la clientèle. Toute expérience dans l’industrie des soins de la santé préférablement en Diagnostics, sera fortement considérée. Un excellent sens de l’organisation, planification, communication, jugement et coordination est essentiel pour ce poste. Notions de base de la suite « Microsoft Office » ainsi que d’un système central informatique. Grande aisance d’expression orale et écrite en français et en anglais est essentielle.

Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Bio-Rad, your primary responsibility will be the processing of Customer’s sales order with accurate entry into our SAP system. You will be required to support customers by providing information on contract pricing, sales order shipment follow-up, delivery, invoicing, processing customer credits, debits, price adjustments, returns, and you will establish and manage standing orders. You will have frequent contact with and provide support to our team of sales representatives in the field as well as our inside sales team and Technical Services team. Supply chain functions including purchase order follow-up, manager support on special projects, and miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Additional duties include filing, copying, scanning, etc. as required. You should be available to work extra hours from time to time as this may be required at your Manager’s request.
Required Skills & Experience
Fluently bilingual in French with well-developed written and oral communication skills in both languages
Excellent interpersonal skills using tact and discretion
Detail-oriented and well organized, you have the capacity to function well individually as well as in a team member
You are accommodating and resilient. You can also handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline driven environment while maintaining your professionalism.
Required Experience:
University or CEGEP degree
5+ years’ experience in Customer Service (preferably with experience in the Health Science or Laboratory industry).
Experience with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
