Planet Motors Used Car Dealership Hiring for Front Desk Receptionist at Richmond Hill, ON Full Time
- Answering phone calls, greeting and handling client’s general inquires
- Working hand in hand with Sales and Service Department
- Assisting with administrative overflow
- Managing and overseeing office supplies and maintaining appropriate quantities
- Entering data
- Preparing licensing
- Other projects and duties as required
Qualifications for this position:
- Must have strong communications, leadership, and organizational skills, and be detail oriented and reliable.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multitasks and self-motivated
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of MS Products (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good typing skills
Compensation: This is a full-time engagement.
Hourly rate from $17-19 /hour depending on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
