Market America a Global Product Brokerage and Internet Marketing company that specializes in One-to-One Marketing, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources department.

Position Summary

Recruits for specific areas, as well as serves to assist in the overall recruiting process, providing support for all areas of need throughout the Market America and associated facilities and properties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruits for assigned positions
• Maintains an effective and consistent recruitment process and identifies opportunities with in the process to add value, improve quality, internal customer service, etc.
• Researches, identifies, and locates candidates through innovative search methods including cold-calling, networking, internet search tools and mining
• Identifies trends in market to attract top talent and utilizes social media, focused networking and targeted recruitment initiatives to resource candidates.
• Analyzes resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Maintains communication with candidates throughout the process
• Presents qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide direction throughout the process
• Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates. Informs candidates on corporate benefits, salary and corporate environment.
• Tracks and maintains recruiting metrics for reporting purposes
• Follows through on all resumes and applications received to ensure proper correspondence is sent to applicants
• Will contact references, verify employment, conduct phone interviews, and contact temp agencies to obtain temporary assistance as needed
• Complies with company policy and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• None, but may direct or train others

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field with 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection practices essential with knowledge of internet recruitment and sourcing
• High degree of flexibility, self-motivation and drive
• Ability to work in a highly functioning team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; approachable good listener with outstanding follow up and execution
• PHR certification a plus
• Effective PC/Microsoft Office skills; technically savvy
• Or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
