Cornerstone Management Systems Hiring for Full Charge Bookkeeper Job at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a highly motivated Bookkeeper, on a part-time remote contract basis, who is reliable, dependable, trustworthy, and very comfortable with technology to support our Small Business and Non-Profit Accounting division.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform bank reconciliations 2-3 times per week
  • Prepare invoices
  • Prepare payroll
  • Prepare invoices
  • Pay bills
  • Prepare reports
  • Effectively communicate financial information

Must Haves

  • Knowledge of Accounting
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online experience
  • Excellent Oral and Written communication Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Strong QuickBooks Experience (entry of Sales Receipts, Invoices, Payments, Deposits, Credits, and Reconciliations)
  • Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office applications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $800.00 – $1,500.00 per month
