Beanstalk Academy is leading, full-service childcare, Head Start, UPK, and early education provider. We support and accommodate our families’ needs by providing a safe and nurturing childcare experience. We are actively hiring an Early Childhood Educational Director. Positions are available in the Bronx and in Brooklyn.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and partnerships with teachers and parents.

• Ensure the early education center meets all educational goals.
• Assisting the Building Principal with duties as needed.
• Conducting formal and informal teacher observations

Requirements:

• NYS Teacher Certification (Birth through 2 or Equivalent);
• Leadership skills, including the ability to delegate responsibilities as needed across the school
• Positive work ethic and morale
• Strong interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
