Small and growing bookkeeping company looking to hire a part time Accounting Assistant.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner, loves accounting and is flexible.

Work will be done 80% remote and 20% on site during regular office hours/schedule to be determined.

10-15 hours to start , and with potential to grow into more hours

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or working towards it

-3-5 years’ of experience working in Accounting/Bookkeeping

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Highly detail-oriented

-Team Player

-Highly Proficient in QuickBooks online and desktop

-Quickbooks online certification

-Bank reconciliations

-Cash projections

-Monthly Close

-Quick and fast learner

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ( specially excel)

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
