SUMMARY

Performs various accounting clerical tasks as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist Area Office Manager with tasks such as accounts payables and cash receipts
• Wait on yard sale customers, manage scale system
• Data entry of incoming materials
• General clerical duties to support staff including answering phones, miscellaneous correspondence

Qualifications

• High school diploma with a minimum of one-year business/office experience including automated systems.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential
• Problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated; ability to work independently
• Good written and verbal communication skills
