JBC Hiring for TEMP LEAD GRAPHIC DESIGNER – Remote at Vernon (Remote), California Full Time

Location: Open to fully remote or hybrid in Vernon, CA

Role Responsibilities

• Design marketing mailers that are sent three times per week. Will need to be able to apply strong time management skills to keep up with the marketing calendar to stay on schedule.
• Design creative motion graphic animations and static layouts used for Instagram stories. Again time management is key to stay on schedule so creative assets are designed and approved in time for scheduled daily posts.
• Develop visual brand guidelines this includes defining brand color palette, typography and logo usage
• Be proactive in suggesting new ways we can use graphic design to elevate the brand
• Ensure consistency across all platforms, E-com, Social and Print
• This position would work directly with the Creative Director, Chief Marketing Officer and VP of E-commerce.

Requirements

• 5 years of graphic design experience in a lead role with an emphasis on digital channels.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited college, university or design institute in Graphic Design, Digital Design
• Required: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or higher, this includes InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After effects.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to E-commerce, Marketing and Creative teams.
• Experience working with a women’s luxury apparel brand is a plus.
• Extremely organized and values hitting deadlines.
