Job Title: Product Merchandiser – Women’s Garments (Export & Fashion Brand)Location: Marol, Andheri East, MumbaiJob Type: Full-Time | On-SiteSalary Offered: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,60,000 per annumWe are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Product Merchandiser with experience in ladies garment manufacturing and export to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in women’s western wear woven garments and should be comfortable handling both export orders and in-house fashion brand development.Key Responsibilities:* Follow up and coordinate on tech packs and product development* Work closely with the Pattern Master and sampling tailors* Handle development and execution of women’s western wear woven garments* Prepare and maintain TNA (Time & Action) calendars* Manage basic Excel sheets, costing follow-ups, and production tracking* Coordinate with suppliers for fabrics, trims, and sampling requirements* Source local trims including:* Buttons* Laces* Threads* Accessories* Manage local vendor sourcing and follow-up for:* Dyeing* Washing* Smocking* Finishing processes* Handle day-to-day merchandising activities for:* 1–2 export clients* In-house women’s clothing brandRequirements:* Minimum 1 year experience in ladies garment manufacturing/export house* Strong understanding of garment development and sampling processes* Experience in women’s western woven garments is mandatory* Good communication and coordination skills* Basic knowledge of Excel and merchandising documentation* Strong follow-up and vendor management skills* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentWhat We’re Looking For:A proactive and detail-oriented person who is passionate about fashion product development and enjoys working closely with production, sampling, and sourcing teams.To apply, please send your resume along with current salary and notice period.
