Thinking about a career in recruitment? An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant to be part of the Lendlease resourcing team based at their global HQ at Barangaroo. Working in a multidisciplinary People & Culture team you will develop and learn to deliver full end-to-end recruitment processes whilst also providing strategic sourcing across a broad range of property and construction related opportunities.
Supporting the Lendlease Building business, recognised for its market-leading design, project management and construction services, this opportunity will see you managing and building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, managing end to end recruitment from screening through to offer negotiations and developing and maintaining talent pools of relevant candidates. You will be part of an experienced team that will support you in a fast-paced environment that offers variety in your role, including contribution to the delivery of strategic recruitment projects, talent pipelining and business intelligence research.
This is the perfect role for someone looking to make a start in the recruitment industry, or the next step for a junior agency recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition. As a highly organised, hungry, responsive and delivery outcome focused professional you will possess strong communication skills and the drive to learn new sourcing channels and technology.
