About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 6 month secondment who will provide support to our team of Talent Acquisition Partners. This role will be based at our Perth Central Park office with plenty of flexibility to work from home. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will be:

• Posting advertisements on various job boards
• Assisting with shortlisting of candidates
• Reviewing applicants test results and making recommendations
• Conducting phone screens with applicants
• Booking interviews both face to face and virtually
• Assisting with preparation for assessment centres

What you’ll bring

• Experience working in a faced paced environment
• A background in an HR environment or similar
• An ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• A passion for engaging with people, both on the phone and face to face
