Peerless Search Partners, LLC is partnering with a local manufacturing who is experiencing tremendous year-over-year growth. They are searching for a detailed and talented Accounting Manager.

This position will be leading a small team of accountants and will have increased responsibilities as the company continues to grow. This is a great opportunity for a talented accountant to build their leadership, analytical and overall business skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Month-End Close
• Analyze financial performance and create internal management reports
• Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Standardize accounting policies and procedures as needed
• Identify areas of improvement and create policies in procedures

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of General Ledger Accounting experience
• Proven analytical skills
• Strong Excel skills’
