Ledgent Technology Hiring for IT Manager at Los angeles, California Full Time

You will be the sole IT Person in a very well-established company that is looking to evolve and modernize their technologies. Seeking someone hands on with Infrastructure and Software technologies that can potentially build the IT team.

Responsibilities: Provide day to day systems maintenance, troubleshooting and support to entire IT infrastructure
Monitor and administer company website if required
Oversee all company-wide telecommunication networks, IT infrastructure, and internet connectivity
Support and set up computers, laptops and docking stations, monitors, keyboards, cell phones, printers and copiers
Maintain inventory of hardware and manage software updates and licenses
Manage all IT Vendors and MSP Partners to adhere to SLAs
Provide support to Active Directory, MS Exchange and O365
Monitor IT performance in all company sites and locations
Train and mentor other teams members as team grows

Requirements: Experience working as the Sole IT Engineer or within a small team
Background within a diverse range of IT Infrastructure and technologies
Hands on experience with AD, Exchange, Telecommunications, Servers, O365 and Wi-Fi Connectivity
Experience in managing IT Vendors, Partners and MSP
Familiarity with VBA, JavaScript and MS SQL is desired but not required
Certifications are highly desired but not required – MCSE, CCNA, CCNP or CISSP
