About the Opportunity:

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our lively Talent Acquisition (TA) Team in Sydney. This is a permanent role on a full-time basis working 35 hours per week.

The TA Team drives the internal recruitment and onboarding of exceptional and diverse talent. Your role as a Coordinator will be to support the delivery of a seamless professional recruitment service from end to end. You will coordinate effective recruitment processes and initiatives relating to search, attraction, and selection of talent.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Providing generalist support across the recruitment life cycle
• Thinking of innovative solutions to attract and source passive candidates
• Ensuring a positive and seamless recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Assistance with the delivery of HR and Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
• Working collaboratively with the TA Team and providing administrative assistance

Who you are:

• Relevant tertiary qualification and minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
• Exceptional candidate management, passionate about creating a positive culture of candidate care
• Demonstrated problem solving, organisational and analytical skills
• A can-do attitude, comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate, engage and manage the expectations of stakeholders
